To mark the recent designation of Ontinyent’s Moros i Cristians as a festival of International Tourist Interest, Dulk presents this poster as a visual tribute to a celebration deeply rooted in the city’s history and spirit.

The artwork blends the artist’s signature style — fantasy, nature, and color — with deep respect for a tradition rich in emotion. Inspired by a personal memory of the day of the Entrada, the piece depicts a circular scene where the two sides parade around the castle and the bell tower, two iconic symbols of Ontinyent.

With a warm color palette and a composition that invites viewers to dive into the scene, this vibrant and symbolic image opens up the celebration to a broader audience through art.

The poster of a historic festival

My work has evolved toward a very personal vision, where reality blends with the fantastical to create a unique universe. In this universe, nature and its creatures take center stage. Each piece carries a clear message about the importance of protecting species, conveyed through a colorful and symbolic visual language that invites viewers to imagine micro-ecosystems and discover hidden stories in every corner.

Some may see having such a defined style as a limitation when approaching certain commissions. But to me, having a style is not a barrier — it’s a voice. It’s the way I speak through my work. And that is precisely what gives art its authenticity and meaning.

This poster reflects my style, my vision, and my memories. To me, it’s much more than just another poster — it’s a part of my life, my memory, and my childhood. It brings me great joy to contribute, in my own way, to such a meaningful year for Ontinyent.
