“Lost&found” Mural in Marina di Ragusa during the FestiWall. Drought in the rivers is causing radical changes in the behavior of birds, breaking the natural orders carefully transmitted in their genes from generation to generation for thousands of years. This mural painted in the region of Marina de Ragusa (Sicily), depicts the threat of a kingfisher, a typical bird of European rivers looking for escape, lost and misled in the hottest maritime areas of the continent. Sadly, its end is the same of many birds on our planet, the capture and death as evidence that there are still illegal activities that threaten the conservation of biodiversity.
