We’ve just arrived from our trip to one of the most iconic cities in the world: New York!
Our journey starts with a mural located in Manhattan. Painting this piece was an absolute dream come true! The mural is a celebration of the growing number of whales that are now being spotted off the coast of New York, thanks to the reduction of pollution in the Hudson River. That’s right, whales in New York! We wanted to remind everyone how much positive change can happen when we take care of the environment. It’s a little surreal to see whales swimming next to the skyline, but that’s what makes it so powerful.
Some brushstrokes of the process!
But of course, New York isn’t just about the art, it’s about the whole experience. We walked through Brooklyn, Center Park, Chelsea, Soho or Times Square, and from there, we headed to some of the best viewpoints the city has to offer: The Edge and Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center. The views from these spots were absolutely breathtaking!
In addition, we visited some museums like the MoMA, The Met or the American Museum of Natural History, where we freaked out with the dinosaurs. Those gigantic fossils made us feel like kids again!
Our New York trip has been a mix between creativity and exploration. This city has the incredible ability to make you feel both small and inspired all at once, and we’ll definitely be back for more!
